The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The location was nice, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. It is close to the city. The staffs were friendly and very helpful.

Both myself and wife really enjoyed the stay and the service. Bathroom geyser was not giving hot water. Matter reported but had to accept without hot water. Advised the Hotel Front Office to get the deficiency attended to Commodore T I Punnen.

Super friendly staff which helped us with any request we had. Hotel has all basic facilities needed + spa saloon + different activities. We enjoyed our stay very much

The cottage they offered to me is fantastic and the staff also very courteous and helpful. There might be a short delay for the room service, and I cannot blame them as they are catering from kitchen which is not near the cottage.

The staff are so well trained at this hotel, it was a pleasure interacting with them. And the grounds are beautiful. The pirate bar in the middle of the lake is the perfect setting for sundowner cocktails.

Breakfast was tasty mostly south indian food. The staff was welcoming. Room service was quick to respond.

Mostly Indian breakfast in the morning, taking a transport to the center of the town take 15 minutes.
